Adrián Emmanuel Hernández-Acosta
Adrián Emmanuel Hernández-Acosta joins the ISM and Yale Divinity School as professor of religion and literature. His research and teaching focuses on the relationship between religion, art, and theory through the study of the extensive artistic catalogue of the Hispanophone Caribbean and its diasporas. Bo kyung Blenda Im
Blenda Im is the new assistant professor of sacred music and divinity at the ISM and Yale Divinity School. An ethnomusicologist who specializes in popular culture and Christianity in Korea and the Korean diaspora, her interdisciplinary research in music dialogues with religious studies, Korean studies, ethnic studies, and anthropology. Markus Rathey shares his research in Europe
Over the summer, Professor Markus Rathey, the Robert S. Tangeman Professor of Musicology and Theory, gave presentations about Bach and African American spirituals in Germany at conferences in Italy and England. Read more.
