Release to Study Monitor Form
A new ServiceNow workflow is now available for clinical researchers working across both Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Health (YNHHS). The Release to Study Monitor form streamlines and integrates key research access processes between Yale and YNHHS.
Role-Based Access Request Forms Coming Soon
New forms are underway for Role-Based Access Requests for various research and Epic processes, which are expected to launch later this calendar year.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS
NotebookLM
NotebookLM has been integrated with Yale’s Google Gemini (Free) offering. Approved for use with moderate risk data when logging in with your Yale NetID, NotebookLM is a research and note-taking tool. It lets users upload documents and use Gemini’s language models to analyze, summarize, and interact with the content.
SOFTWARE SUPPORT
HSTAC
The Health Sciences Technology Advisory Committee (HSTAC) meets monthly with health school representatives to review requests for custom applications, vendor solutions exceeding $10,000, and new med-specific AI vendor tools. If you are planning a major software purchase or development, please submit a request for HSTAC review. The next meeting is October 20.
